Shipping Policy
Wick n Wire Vapes Ltd will try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 2:00 PM MST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order.
All Packages are shipping via Canada Post for domestic orders. All shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We require Adult signature option on every single package, no exceptions.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.
IF WE HAVE A PACKAGE RETURNED BECAUSE AGE CANNOT BE VERIFIED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 50% RESTOCKING FEE AS WELL AS ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.

Free Shipping
We offer free expedited shipping on all orders with in Alberta when you purchase $100 or more before taxes. We use Canada Post for this service and delivery can be 3-5 business days.
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day. (Usually Monday)
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.
Typically, In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will go out the same day.

Please note all shipping times are appx and may be delayed if you live in a remote area of your province or if the shipping carrier has weather delays.

Wick n Wire Vapes Ltd is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
Wick n Wire Vapes Ltd cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns & Exchange Period
For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 14-Day Limited Warranty from the time of purchase. Please read below to see if you qualify.
For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON RETURNABLE: e-liquids, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers / tanks, and rechargeable batteries.
If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund. If you change your mind about the product you received, you may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may not return e-juice, liquid products, or opened cartridges.

Understand that if we make a mistake on a shipment, we will pay for shipping back to our facility. We will send you pre-paid postage to your email for you to return the product that was shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the wrong item shipped, we will ship the correct product to you. We cannot send your intended product until we receive the wrong product. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED.
Warranty Service
For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 14-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery.
In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us within 14 days of delivery date. The 14-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Note: Most manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package and all original packing including outer sleeve in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents as we will need all original packing for any warranty issues.
All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, Defective, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our returns department by email at [email protected] Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, and pod systems purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any warranty on our products and we will not accept it for a return.
Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Refused Orders
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
Refund Process
Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit in the form of reward points. Wick N Wire Vapes Ltd is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.
