1 Whats the difference between salt nic and regular juice?
1.1 Whats the difference between salt nic and freebase ejuice?

Salt Nicotine is a “newer” form of nicotine that has been finding its way into eliquid over the past few years

Main differences between Freebase and Salt Nic

  • Salt nic is smoother
  • Usually comes in higher concentrations as it is smoother
  • Has been altered at the molecular level with some additional acid

Salt nic is traditional freebase nicotine from tobacco/plants, that has been altered to include an acid. Some of the acids that are being used are Benzoic and Salycic, however, there are other ones with their own pros and cons.

Because they are smoother, they are easier to use in higher concentrations and smaller devices, so that people can use the eliquids in a MTL (mouth to lung) device that mimics smoking much more than traditional nicotine.

1.2 Can i use salt nic in a subohm tank?

No, salt nics are not recommend in a sub ohm tank as you are vaping at much higher wattage's. Typical "pod" systems run from 10w - 40w at their highest. A subohm tank runs normally from 50w - 150w which is way to high to run such a high concentrate of nicotine, and would be alot rougher on the throat compared to a pod system. There are certain exceptions, the freemax fireluke has high ohm, low wattage coils that could run salt nic. If you have any questions on if your tank has coils for salt nic feel free to come into the store or call and ask for compatibility options.

1.3 Whats the best mod for me?

This varies greatly per person, one person might prefer a cloud chucking device while others want something discrete.

Main factors when picking a device are:

  • What nic level are you looking to get into / how much do you currently smoke?
  • Whats your preference on size of the device / Battery life?
  • Do you want internal charging (No battery charger required) or external?
  • Are you looking for flavor / nicotine fix / clouds / or a mix?
  • Whats your price range?

With all these factors checked off it will help to narrow your choices down and pick a device, if you decide to come into the shop these are the types of questions to expect so we can get you setup with YOUR perfect setup.
